The La Roche College AITP lab provides hands on experience for the AITP members. In this lab AITP members have an opportunity to work on the creation, configuration and administration of GNU/Linux based networks.

The personal computers used in the lab are mainly running GNU/Linux distributions such as Red Hat. The network in the AITP lab is independent from the college based network, thus making it possible for the AITP members to work with a number of services such as DHCP.

In the lab AITP members also have the opportunity to work with the hardware components of the PCs, such as motherboards, CPUs, different hard drives, etc.

Overall the La Roche College AITP lab offers an experience to the AITP members that will be beneficial  throughout their career.
