Registration Information
Project Ease
Registration for all continuing* La Roche College students is through a World Wide Web-based registration system known as Project Ease. Accessible through both the College's public web page http://www.laroche.edu and the College's intranet site http://intranet.laroche.edu, Project Ease permits students access to:
- the course schedule for the registration session, including a listing of closed courses
- on-line registration and course add and/or drop
- the student's current schedule and grades
- a degree audit which calculates the courses the student has completed and needs to complete to meet degree requirements
- an email link to his/her advisor
- a GPA projection link that allows the student to do a "what if?" scenario
- the student's unofficial academic record
- the student's biographical information on file at the college
** A new student is one who is registering at La Roche for the first time.
NOTE: You must have a La Roche College email account in order to access online registration and student information.
Advising / Registration Period
Please note that advising and registration run concurrently. However, each advisor sets his/her advising period which may or may NOT run throughout the registration period. Each student should check with his/her advisor to determine that advisor's advising period. All students new to the College or returning after an absence of one year or more, register as soon as their admission/readmission files are complete.
Course Withdrawal
To withdraw from a course after the official end of the add/drop period, you must process a drop form through the Office of the Academic Dean, Providence Hall. If approved, a grade of "W" will be recorded on your transcript for that course. "W" grades do not count toward a student's degree, quality average, or academic progress for purposes of financial aid eligibility.
