Cross-registration is open in the fall and spring semesters only to full time students enrolled in a PCHE College or University. Students must have the approval of their advisor, the registrar and the academic dean. Students may cross-register for only one course at only one institution in a given term.

To cross register for a course, pick up a cross-registration form from the Registrar's Office. Select the course in which you wish to enroll and obtain the required permissions. Bring the completed form to the Registrar's Office during the scheduled registration or add/drop period for the semester in which the course will be offered. The host Registrar will notify you by mail as to whether or not your cross-registration has been approved.
