The John J. Wright Library, located on the East Campus, houses a variety of instructional services and functions as an information center at La Roche College. Students performing research have access to reference materials in varied formats, as well as personal assistance from the library staff. In addition the John J. Wright Library is a limited Government Document Depository that is free and open to the public.
Electronic Databases - Almost all of Wright Library's electronic resources can be accessed on and off campus. To log in to these resources you must have a valid La Roche College email login and password. To log into the Electronic Database use the same format you use when logging into the intranet.
Government Documents - The John J. Wright Library is a Government Document Depository. Most of the Government documents that the library receives appear on our online catalog.
You may now renew materials borrowed from the library online.
The John J. Wright Library is a government depository. This means that we receive many books, periodicals, and multimedia items containing information on many subjects from the Government Printing Office. The Government Documents that the Wright Library possesses were recently added to the online catalog. When searching, you may come across an item location listed as "Government Documents." Ask at the desk for assistance in locating these items. Subject lists of popular and useful government documents are available by clicking the Government Document menu option on the library web page. You must have a valid LaRoche ID to check out items, including reserve materials, from the library . IDs and validation stickers are available from the security office by appointment.
Please Note: Most reserve materials are not allowed to leave the library.
